Tina D’Agostin is named Chief Executive Officer and Vince Gaydarzhiev steps into the Chief Product Officer role

Security industry leader Tina D’Agostin, former Chief Revenue Officer at Alcatraz AI, is appointed Chief Executive Officer to spearhead global expansion of its AI-powered facial authentication solution for physical access control. Vince Gaydarzhiev, Alcatraz's founder, is now the President and Chief Product Officer, leading product innovation and technology advancements.
D’Agostin brings a wealth of experience building, scaling and managing successful technology companies. As CEO at Alcatraz AI, D’Agostin will be laser-focused on accelerating high-performing teams and creating the operational foundation for hypergrowth to continue the momentum of Alcatraz’s go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Tina D’Agostin comes from Johnson Controls, where she was the General Manager of Building Technology & Solutions based in Northern California. In her tenure with Johnson Controls, D’Agostin grew revenues and market share through new customer acquisition and expansion with leading Silicon Valley and global companies.
