Job Description

Join the future of access control! Alcatraz AI has an immediate need for a proactive,
assertive and self-driven Director of Sales Enablement. The Director of Sales
Enablement is accountable for optimizing the sales productivity of the Alcatraz AI go-to-
market teams through the strategy, design, and successful execution of sales programs
and training initiatives. This person will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution to define, deliver and
measure productivity initiatives which include skills training, sales methodologies, tool
and process improvements, best practice sharing and resource development. In
partnership with stakeholders including Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, Operations,
Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Sales
Enablement will lead programs to maximize and track the effectiveness of Alcatraz AI
go-to-market strategies.
This role requires strong data-driven and analytical skills, while also understanding the
realities of a go-to market motion of a fast-paced high growth company. The ideal
candidate excels at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on development and
pragmatic execution and enjoys the ambiguity of solving problems with data

Qualifications

An Ideal Candidate will be able to:
1.Lead, manage and evaluate sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to
ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness
2.Partner with the VP of Ops and sales leadership on all issues and challenges
impacting the success of the sales team
3.Partner with Sales Strategy, Finance, and HR to design, document, implement
and monitor the sales playbook and related compensation components
4.Partner with Product leadership to understand product roadmap, identify
customer benefits and communicate product features and strategy to the field.
5.In conjunction with Marcom develop and execute channel sales assets and
communications including newsletters, blogs, webinars, certifications and events.

Training
6.Own all aspects of sales onboarding (to shorten the ramp-time to productivity)
and continuous learning programs for sales and Channel Partners, including but
not limited to content creation, scheduling and delivery of instructor-led sales
training events.
7.Support sales kick-offs and product launches by preparing materials and content
which enable the sales team to easily align Alcatraz AI offerings to customer
requirements.

Business Process Improvement
1.Manage, analyze, and summarize the weekly Sales Forecast
2.Improve Alcatraz FAQ and create a library for RFP response guidance
3.Synthesize data and develop supporting content for board-level QBRs
4.Review metrics to optimize go-to-market initiatives

5.BA/BS Degree
6.5+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent market experience
7.Demonstrated progressive experience in a global HAAS sales or sales operations
environment

7.Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
8.Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
9.Demonstrated progressive experience in cloud CRM; Hubspot or Salesforce
10.Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values,
and work in accordance with those values
You will have:
1.Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, empowering
teams and a keen business sense
2.Experience within the sales/marketing fields and specifically sales enablement
3.Efficiency using multiple platforms including an avid user of LinkedIn
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills
5.Excellent interpersonal capability and great negotiation skills
6.Solid presentation skills and ability to create content
7.BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
8.A desire to grow and advance in a career in Sales
9.SaaS / HaaS sales experience a plus
